Maurice Maurel KIWOUNZOU Speaks to Makélékélé Neighborhood Chiefs

Maurice Maurel Kiwounzou mayor of the 1st district, Makélékélé, spoke to the Neighbood Chiefs of Makélékélé concerning the need to beautify traders’ shops along major roads in the neighborhood. This discussion followed a similar message given by the Deputy Mayor of Brazzaville, Hughes Ngouelondele during the festivities marking Congo’s 55th anniversary on August 15, 2015.
